IV is started for one cause, that is to eliminate the unfair country quota and speed up the green card process. Let us stick with that.Do not divert by introducing these kind of proposals.
Few weeks before there was a fight between eb3 and eb2 applicants on this forum. Now you are starting a new group which favors who has money. This is not good. Let us unite and focus on one goal. I am not supporting this idea. Please drop this.

One of my friends informed me about immigrationvoice.com few months back, I am EB3 with PD Jan 2003 and currently waiting to file I-485 for last one year. It is frustrating to hear how some of the companies are bypassing and jumping ahead on the line. I thought I get some opinion; I am curious why this isn't being bunged. Although using a pre-approved labor is a legal thing, how much of sagacity does it really have? Within my little 10-12 friend circle I have had atleast FOUR people who got their GC within 8 months through this same company - KFORCE, Rapidigm Inc., utilizing pre-approved labor. It seems this company lures people with a condition that they will process their GC within couple of months, isn't this using the legal system at their business advantage.
What can we do to stop this, it is frustrating to me as I am waiting for close to four years with my GC process and been in the US for 7 years. At the same time, I see people who have been in the US for 2 years has their GC. To me this legal system does not make any sense and is a clear proof of injustice. I am thinking of talking to a legal attorney to see if this makes a justifiable case and if possible file a lawsuit for scrutiny against this company or any company that uses this facility for their benefit. May be I am overreacting and this is the reason I am posting it here to get an opinion, what do you guys think ?

I am expecting a quick forward movement in the EB2 India/China category in the next year bulletins.
We have found out that we have about 10 times increase in EB2 India visa numbers from our calculations. I doubt it whether any attorney had any idea better than us, about the numbers we are getting for EB2 India/China from horizontal spill overs. In Ron's post he is no where mntioned any numbers other than saying that CIS is not able to process these many applications. I would be more than happy if some body in our forum posts, the "visa numbers calculations" we have done in this thread, into to his website.
Theres no doubt in the EB2 India/China will catch up current very soon. This is inevitable. There might be a mild retrogression for a very short span of time in the next few bulletins. But after that the dates will run like catching up the Current.

the USCIS may retrogress the dates mid month due to heavy load of applications in july.
However my lawyer just confirmed that

You think if an Indian guy will be using AC21/EAD for years, going to finger printing every year, going through secondary security check on airports, in time he is gonna evolve into something less Indian? It's gonna be the same people but with different documents in their pockets.

Also, if the government wants diversity, they should have immigration program like Canada has. The assessment is correct. The Visa Bulletin is published by the 15th. of every month by DOS. So, by July 15, whatever number of applications, USCIS receives, they have to count them and send the numbers to DOS. DOS then have to do their math and come up with August 2007 numbers, but August 2007 Visa Bulletin has to be published by July 15. Therefore, they mentioned as a footnote in the Visa Bulletin that DOS will retrogress numbers in September 2007. I again quote below:
E. EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE COMING MONTHS
All Employment Preference categories except for Third �Other Workers� have been made �Current� for July. Yes it will, unless there are more EB1I visas which could spill over to EB2I, in which case EB2I will move ahead of EB3I. But that guy has also said that the spill over may not happen because of the demand for EB1I.
Its just unbelievable that EB2I and EB3I (i.e. the persons who have PD when the numbers were calculated) will have to wait for about 19 years to get their GCs. We HAVE to do something about this.

Dear Immigration Attorney,
My wife went India with her existing AP (not shown at airport), She already applied AP renewal before she leaves country. Can she come back to US using her new (renewed) AP? i.e. If I mailed that renewed approved AP to India,will she come back (carry) with that renewed approved AP.
If she comes with renewed AP, Will that effect anything with I-485 file?

So, the best way to apply for US green card would be to attain Canadian citizenship to provide flexibility of using TN visa and then apply for GC using EB-1 category as a manager. Perhaps, it is not as easy as I make it sound to get a EB-1 success case.
Are there people out there who have successfully used the EB-1 category or know of anyone who has used the EB-1 category? Is it sufficient for one to be a first line manager to utilize the EB-1 category or does one have to be an executive?
How many employees does one need to manage to be considered an executive?
